Citrus Power Bowl – A Superfood Recipe by Chef Isa
This nourishing and refreshing Citrus Power Bowl from Chef Isa is easy, delicious, and simple to make. This bowl includes black rice, a superfood with tons of fiber, iron, and copper. It is topped with juicy marinated cubes of watermelon and almonds that contain healthy fats, magnesium, vitamin E, and citrus fruits which are rich in nutrients and vitamin C. Yes, it tastes as good as it looks!
What you’ll need:
Superfoods: Citrus fruits, strawberries, black rice and almonds
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 cup marinated watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 cup cooked black rice
- 1 capsule Bio-Kult boosted
Instructions
Blend all marinade ingredients
Pour the marinade mix into the watermelon and refrigerate for a few hours. It will look just like tuna!
