- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp rose water (infused or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- Couple of Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Prepare Rose Water: Make rose water by infusing dry rose petals in water or use store-bought rose water.
Coconut Rose Cream: Combine coconut cream, vanilla extract, rose water, and honey in a small bowl. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined. Refrigerate the coconut rose cream mixture to cool for at least 30 minutes.
Cantaloupe Preparation: Scoop out the flesh from the cantaloupe using a melon baller, creating small melon balls. Place the melon balls in a separate bowl and refrigerate to keep them cool.
Strawberry Jam: chopped strawberries and press them until you have a jam texture.
Take out the chilled coconut rose cream mixture from the refrigerator. Arrange a layer of chilled cantaloupe melon balls on serving plates or bowls. Spoon a dollop of the coconut rose cream over the cantaloupe layer, spreading it gently. Sprinkle chopped strawberries over the coconut rose cream layer, distributing them evenly. Drizzle a little more coconut rose cream over the strawberries for added flavor. Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
Serve the Coconut Rose Cantaloupe Delight immediately as a refreshing dessert option.
