I started giving this product to my son when he was around 5 years old. We gave him the one for babies before that. I’m convinced this product has had a heavy hand in keeping him as healthy as he is. We used to just sprinkle it on his breakfast and now he just dumps it into his mouth; which says a lot for the taste. So thankful for this product!
I have used other probiotics over the years, and Bio-kult has quickly become my favorite one! Especially when I first started using it, I could really tell a difference in my gut health. Of course, when I'm staying hydrated and eating healthy my gut feels the best, and a probiotic is never going to fix a bad diet, but I do find that this product makes a difference. I have used some of the other bio-kult products, and I love that there are different probiotics that you can use to boost your health in different ways, but this is a great everyday probiotic for just helping gut health.
