What you’ll need:
Superfoods: Chia, blueberries, cashews, spirulina
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Blue Spirulina
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- Some Fresh blueberries & blackberries
- Some Edible flowers (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl or glass jar, add chia seeds, blue spirulina, and milk.
Add 1/8 cup of honey or maple syrup if wanted. Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours
or more.
In a bowl, add cashews and hot water and let it soak for 2 hours or more.
After 2 hours or more, rinse cashews and blend them with 1/8 cup of honey until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Add 1 or 2 tbsps. of water if needed.
Serve chia pudding, add cashew cream on top and fresh berries, and decorate with edible flowers.
